If there is a defect in the product, we will replace it or refund you in full.
The return request must be made to us by email as soon as any defect is discovered, but no later than within 14 days of delivery.
Please email support@mederbeauty.com if you wish to make a return request. Please state the nature of the defect, with photos if possible, and your order number.
If we agree that the item is faulty, we will do one of the following depending on stock availability and your choice:
If you change your mind, you can return products bought online within 14 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fee is not refundable in this case.

Please note that returns by post are not accepted. All returns must be made to our office address. Returns to pick-up points and lockers of any kind are not accepted.
Your refund will be issued within 14 days from receiving the returned products, as long as the products returned undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging. Please keep in mind that the shipping costs are not refundable.
