This store ships to the European Union member states only. All orders are shipped from our office in Riga, Latvia. 

The European Union member states are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. The shipping time and fee depend on the destination and the availability of courier services. We are not responsible for the delays in delivery caused by health and safety measures, transportation delays or emergency situations.

Deliveries will be made by the carrier (DHL or other) to the address you provided. You must ensure that the address is correct and that someone is present to accept delivery.

If we are not able to deliver your products within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by email to arrange another time for delivery or refund your order.

We may deliver the products in several instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery. If this is the case, we will notify you by email.

Products are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us. Please check your email for delivery notifications and make arrangements if you know that you won’t be present at the time of delivery. 


If there is a defect in the product, we will replace it or refund you in full.

The return request must be made to us by email as soon as any defect is discovered, but no later than within 14 days of delivery.

Please email if you wish to make a return request. Please state the nature of the defect, with photos if possible, and your order number.

If we agree that the item is faulty, we will do one of the following depending on stock availability and your choice:

  • refund the cost of faulty product, OR;
  • replace the item.

If you change your mind, you can return products bought online within 14 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fee is not refundable in this case.

If you decide to return the products you bought, please email with your order number and reasons for return, if any. Please note that return requests of quality products are not accepted after 14 days from the delivery date. 

If we accept the return, the products must be returned to us:

  • unopened and unused;
  • with both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
  • securely wrapped;
  • at your risk and cost via a courier service.

Please note that returns by post are not accepted. 

Your refund will be issued within 14 days from receiving the returned products, as long as the products returned undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging. Please keep in mind that the shipping costs are not refundable.
